Do you accept returns? What is your Return/Refund Process?


Yes! We accept returns. Our return/refund process is as follows: 1. Access the website (www.smallpawland.com) 2. Scroll to the end of the home page 3. Click the "Return/Refund Policy" link 4. Read the policy to ensure you qualify for a return/refund 5. Scroll down and click the "Return/Refund" link 5. Complete the return/refund form to receive an RMA# (an email will be sent within 4 hours) 6. Securely place the item in it's original packaging 7. Print and include the form with returned item(s) Yes! Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease:

  1. Enter App Settings
  2. Click the "Manage Questions" button
  3. Click on the question you would like to attach a video to
  4. When editing your answer, click on the video icon and then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL
  5. That's it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in answer text box

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?


To unsubscribe from our mailing list Follow the process below: 1. Email info@smallpawland.com or click the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the home page 2. Write "Unsubscribe" in the Subject Line 3. We will remove your email within 24 hrs




Do you offer price match if an item I purchased at regular price goes on sale?


No, we will not match the price of the sale item. However, we will send you a discount code t0 be applied toward your next purchase. To qualify for the discount code, the purchase must be made within 30 days of the sale. For example: On August 10th, John Doe purchased a leash for $12. We, Small Pawland, ran a sale on that leash August 29th for $8. John contacts us via email to inquire about a price match. We sent John a discount code of $5 to offset the cost of the regular price with the cost of the sale price ($12 - $8 = $4). John is able to use the discount code on his next purchase. The discount code will be in increments of $5.




Do you price match other websites?


No, we do not price match other websites. We provide everyday affordable pricing on our products.




How can I update my personal information after I subscribe or place an order?


If you need to update your personal information such as your email or address Follow the process below: 1. Email info@smallpawland.com or click the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the home page 2. Write "Update my Info" in the subject line 3. Be sure to leave your order name in the body of the email




May I cancel my order?


Yes! You may cancel your order within 24 hours of order submission. We fulfil orders within 2 - 5 days of order submission. Follow the process below: 1. Email info@smallpawland.com or click the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the home page 2. Write "Cancel My Order" in the subject line 3. Provide order# and your order name 4. We will send an confirmation email within 4 hours
